Danny Nozell<\/strong>\u00a0requested a temporary restraining order for himself and Parton’s business partners against\u00a0Bryan Seaver<\/strong>\u00a0following his\u00a0dismissal as head of security<\/p>\n “All I do is warfare,” Seaver, who was employed by Parton for over 20 years until his Sept. 15 firing, allegedly wrote, “everyone needs to be worried about what I might do.”<\/p>\n The temporary restraining order, which was granted Sept. 22 according to\u00a0People<\/em>, noted that Parton’s estate believed that Seaver’s military background augmented the severity of the threats. In addition, the lawsuit alleged that Seaver\u2014the son of Parton\u2019s sister\u00a0Cassie Parton<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Larry Seaver<\/strong>\u2014voiced intent to harm Parton’s brand.<\/p>\n “In writing, he vowed to ‘destroy the entire brand,'” one filing read, per\u00a0People<\/em>, “and also told her entertainment attorney: ‘I\u2019m not an entertainment person. I\u2019m a killer.'”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n E! News has reached out to Seaver, Nozell and reps for Parton for comment but has not yet heard back. Seaver, for his part,\u00a0told ABC News,\u00a0“The restraining order is spurious and simply a publicity stunt.”<\/p>\n “As the entity entrusted by Ms. Parton to protect and promote her life\u2019s work for future generations, SAL must cultivate a safe work environment for employees, advisors and partners, free from intimidation or hostility\u2014particularly intimidation by an armed former security contractor,” one document added, according to\u00a0People<\/em>. “Without relief, Defendants\u2019 calculated campaign will continue to inflict fear, to destabilize SAL\u2019s operations and to cause further irreparable harm.”<\/p>\n Seaver\u2014who announced Parton\u2019s death on behalf of the family\u2014previously told\u00a0TMZ\u00a0he was “dismayed by the unexpected and, so far, unexplained actions” of his firing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n \u00a0for Parton’s estate, according to court documents obtained by\u00a0TMZ. The approved restraining order was filed through She\u2019s Alive, LLC\u2014a company established by the “Jolene” artist before her Aug. 25 death\u2014and included an additional lawsuit against Seaver, according to court filings obtained by\u00a0People<\/em>.<\/p>\n The legal filings alleged that Seaver had been extorting Parton’s estate for money by “invoking his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weapons and capacity for violence,” per TMZ, citing docs stating that the behavior was the reason for Seaver’s termination.<\/p>\n As such, the documents included records of messages allegedly sent by the security operator that claim he used threatening language to coerce members of Parton’s estate to comply with demands for money.<\/p>\n “Her money better be bigger than I can make elsewhere or I\u2019m going to f–k everyone,” one alleged message stated, per TMZ. “I am about to become the hand of retribution for my entire family.”<\/p>\n g order against her nephew Bryan Seaver, following his firing as her head of security.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"![\"Dolly](\"https:\/\/akns-images.eonline.com\/eol_images\/Entire_Site\/20260922\/ab997c24-1677-4016-b718-bbc578e45b5e_1790125168.jpg?fit=around%7C1200:1200&output-quality=90&crop=1200:1200;center,top\")
