Once described as having the \u201cscientifically perfect body,\u201d Kelly Brook is embracing how her famous figure has changed at 46, celebrating the \u201ccurves, softness and strength\u201d rather than chasing the woman she was a decade ago.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For decades, women have been presented with changing definitions of the \u201cperfect\u201d body, leaving the ideal proportions seemingly impossible to pin down \u2013 until one curvy British model provided the unexpected scientific answer.<\/p>\n

Kelly Brook has spent more than 30 years in an industry where appearance can determine careers, having landed her first professional modeling work while still a teenager.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you look at those pictures from that time, I had the body of a porn star and the face of a child,\u201d she told the\u00a0Guardian\u00a0about striking sexual poses at only 16. \u201cThat was probably the appeal and why I was successful. That\u2019s the sad truth of it for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2018Skinny doesn\u2019t mean I\u2019m happy\u2019<\/h2>\n

Brook\u2019s career eventually stretched far beyond modeling into acting, presenting and television, while her personal life also attracted considerable attention through high-profile relationships with actors Jason Statham and Billy Zane, and rugby player Danny Cipriani.<\/p>\n

Her relationships weren\u2019t the only part of her life attracting attention, with Brook\u2019s changing weight becoming another source of fascination.<\/p>\n

\u201cBeing skinny doesn\u2019t mean I\u2019m happy \u2013 [when I had personal problems], I just used to lose my appetite,\u201d she told the\u00a0Express. \u201cThe break-up diet! I had quite a few of those. I just used to break up with partners to keep myself on track!\u201d<\/p>\n

Brook later found lasting love with Jeremy Parisi, her husband since July 2022, who has praised her \u201camazing body.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u2018scientifically perfect\u2019 body<\/h2>\n

Brook has repeatedly been described online as having the \u201cworld\u2019s most scientifically perfect body,\u201d with the claim linked to research examining which female proportions people find most attractive.<\/p>\n

Researchers from the\u00a0University of Texas\u00a0studying perceptions of female attractiveness found \u201cthe primary predictor of female beauty is a relatively low BMI combined with a relatively curvaceous body.\u201d<\/p>\n
